written on A4 size paper on single side (English or Hindi) application in
prescribed format giving all the details with a recent passport size photograph
(self attested) should be pasted on the application, self attested copies of
relevant documents by post to the Superintending Engineer, Hydrological
Observation Circle, Central Water Commission, Mahandi Bhawan (Ground Floor),
